Chloe joined County Teachers in September 2010 as our Teacher Liaison Officer. Since then, Chloe has progressed to the role of Office Manager and is responsible for County Teachers passing the quality mark/REC audit with 100% every year since! As well as ensuring all our teachers are compliant and keeping them up to date with the latest safeguarding training, Chloe also undertakes the responsibility of the payroll and invoices on a weekly basis. In her spare time, Chloe enjoys spending time with her family and friends, indulging in retail therapy and long walks with her puppy.
Fun Fact: Chloe probably has the cleanest house in Hertfordshire and hoovers twice a day.

Maisie joined County Teachers in January 2013. She started off assisting in admin and compliance but soon started training to become a primary consultant. In her first year, Maisie doubled our primary school bookings and has maintained this level of commitment. She has developed great relationships with schools and teachers throughout Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire and is constantly looking to build on this.She enjoys all of the challenges this job brings and relishes that each day will be different. In her spare time, you will find Maisie reading books, going to the cinema and spending time with her family and friends.
Fun Fact: Maisie has read the entire Harry Potter series over 10 times!

James joined County Teachers as a Consultant in the Autumn term of 2003 building up relations within the newly established primary sector whilst adding strong numbers to our client base. Within months James advanced the role to Senior Consultant and then onto Office Manager, all the time overseeing a very successful Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire sector. Over the past 10 years James has developed and maintained positive, professional and friendly relationships with a vast amount of teachers and schools throughout several counties. James always aspires to identify exactly what his teaching candidates, and client schools’ individual needs are. He has a real passion for finding the right job for the right candidate.
Away from his desk James loves his football and socialising with friends and family.

Mitch has recently joined County Teachers as a consultant in October 2017. Mitch is an experienced consultant who has a keen eye for customer care and will always go the extra mile to make sure our clients and teachers are kept happy. Over the coming years Mitchell is looking to develop strong working relationships with both new and existing schools as well as teachers. In his spare time, you will generally find him, running, playing rugby, attempting a bit of golf and spending time with family / friends.

Abby joined County Teachers as our accountant in the summer of 2018. After working as part of a large accounts team for Monarch Airlines, she moved to Hampshire in 2011 to take on a more senior role at a training company. In 2014 she had her first child and decided to have a career break. Now, with her daughter starting school she’s ready to take on a new challenge with County Teachers.

Charlotte joined County Teachers in January 2017, as our Compliance Administrator. Her main duties include liaising with all our teachers, ensuring their data and information is fully up to date, maintaining the strict REC requirements we adhere to. Working closely alongside Chloe doing this, Charlotte will also be lending a hand to Maisie in the primary sector. Charlotte is well on her way in having a sound knowledge and good understanding of all our client schools’ and teachers’ needs. Welcome to the County Teachers team Charlotte!

Dom joined County Teachers in 2009 and manages our everyday IT Systems including maintaining our website and entire database. Over the years he has helped improved our advanced teacher database system allowing us to grow and perform more efficiently.

Matt is our marketing and media manger. He manages all of our social media as well as runs all of our online marketing campaigns.
